OBIf after the first week this is not for you you will be completely reimbursed. Over the years for each class we either have no cancellation at all or one or two out of 100 hundred.
This class is unlike anything you have done before. I work with each person however many people are in class. I respond to every homework. Every post. And every daily experience you have during class.
Yes it’s a lot of work and why I only run this class twice a year. But at the end of these two months that we will spend together everything in your life will feel different. Easier. People often ask me how much time spent in class every day? It is a daily experience.
If you put in 15 min a day, you will get a lot out of it. Your life will start being impacted within the first couple of weeks. One of the first things that happen is you become aware of all the losses in your life.
Very often we experience hard moments in our lives that are not considered losses by the mental health world. In my work of Life Reentry the smaller and seemingly insignificant Past events control the future response and healing to bigger tragic events.
By getting to understand these past experiences and re orient ourselves to what it meant for us we shift our survival mechanism and healing in current grief experiences.
I always say, how people live life after loss has everything to do with how they survived past events in their lives.
I can’t think of any better representation of beauty than someone who is unafraid to be herself.
